Diana Puhl, President
I am a lifelong Republican and currently a precinct committeewoman on the Volusia County Republican Executive Committee. Previously, I served as Secretary of the Republican Club of Southeast Volusia County. I have also served on HOA boards for the past 20 years and was formerly on the Board of Trustees for the American School of Paris.
Having lived in several cities and four countries, my family chose to make New Smyrna Beach our ‘forever’ home in 2020. From 1996 until 2020, we had a second home in Port Orange that we enjoyed regularly.
I spent many years in the technology industry working as a program manager for Fortune 500 companies or as a vendor to those same companies. I also built a company focused on in-home care for the elderly which I later sold. Since 2008, while remaining in the technology space, I was in professional development and leadership with global responsibility.
My husband and I have two children and three wonderful little grandchildren. We love spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being active in the community.

Taylor Foland, First Vice President
A registered Republican since the age of 19, I first began campaigning for Republicans when I was 7 years old. I have been a volunteer, turf coordinator, field organizer, regional field director, and political director since beginning my work with the Republican party.
In 2018, I helped Tony Ledbetter, Chairman of the Republican Executive Committee of Volusia County, organize around the state, and worked with a political action committee in the 2018 Governor’s race. Facebook ads produced during this race were seen by 500K+.
I had the honor to serve as a Field Organizer and subsequently a Regional Field Director for the Trump campaign.
I served in the ground game for two special elections - the first Georgia Senate runoff, and a Louisiana Governor’s race. I also led phone banking to retake Virginia cabinet seats in 2021.
In March 2022, I joined the Cory Mills campaign as Political Director. Through thousands of door-to-door voter contacts, phone banking, and a focus on voter registration, Cory Mills successfully won US Representative for Congressional District 7.
I am proud to continue this work and look forward to serving our club.

Becky Reichenberg, Second Vice President

Lini Joseph, Secretary
Born in Missouri, I have lived in Florida since 1988. I moved to my favorite place on earth, New Smyrna Beach, in 2021. I was actively involved in 4 Republican groups in Orange and Osceola counties , where my husband and I owned a title company. Prior to that, I worked at the Sanford Orlando Airport (SFB) in a variety of roles. I have two children and two sons-in-law. All are Republicans! I love to walk the beach every day, enjoy volunteering at the Canaveral National Seashore when I can, and am just becoming involved with art at The Hub.
Debbie Hinkle, Treasurer
I grew up in New Smyrna Beach and am a 1973 graduate of NSB high school. I worked at Smyrna Marina for a few years in payroll and billing. In 1976, I moved to Houston, TX. While in Houston, I worked for the Mundy Company for 14 years doing timekeeping, cost accounting, and purchasing for small projects in the petrochemical industry. After Mundy, I worked for 22 years at Enron/Southern Union Gas/ Energy Transfer as a purchasing agent for Florida Gas and other pipelines with budgets of $42 million annually.
I retired in 2013 and in 2017 returned home to New Smyrna Beach. I became very active with the Republican party and am currently a precinct committeewoman in the Republican Executive Committee of Volusia County.
In my free time, I love to garden and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
